Evert Tennis Center Administration/Dorm Building
Boca Raton, Florida
A three story 15,000 square foot building with reinforced masonry walls, Filagree concrete floor system, shallow stem wall foundation and wood truss roof system. Impact glass was used at all window openings to eliminate the need to shutter the building during a hurricane high wind event. The building is designed to withstand a 140mph hurrricane. Provided complete structural analysis per Florida Buidling Code 2007 and ASCE 7-05, production of contract documents.

Tilt-up concrete walls with a steel joist roof system, resting on a shallow stem wall foundation system. Impact glass windows and doors, designed to resist 170 mph hurricane winds. Provided complete structural analysis per the Florida Building Code 2010 and ASCE 7-10, production of contract documents and structural inspection services.
